Hi everyone!
My name is Silje Leona Lindberg, and I’m 23 years old.
A little over a year ago I packed my bags and left Norway to explore Oahu.
My original plan was to stay for only a year, but I loved it too much to leave. Now I’m working on my bachelors degree in communications at Hawaii Pacific University.
I’m so excited to vlog for Kalamalama. I want to share my life and inspire students to travel and experience new countries and cultures. I will share all aspects of my life here in Hawaii, good and bad.
Life is not perfect — and I don’t want to make it seem that way, either.
This vlog will be a welcoming platform to be yourself and feel inspired to not always play it safe. You don’t have to do what everyone else does. That’s no fun!
