What is next?

As the semester comes to an end, I think about what is next for me. I have spent the last 3 years in Hawaii for school and baseball and now that it is coming to an end I honestly have no clue what the rest of this path holds for me. My dream is to continue to write and to do stand up comedy and hopefully that leads to getting a writing job in the comedy world. I have always wanted to be a writer for Saturday Night Live but I need to extend my resume if I want to see that come true. As of now I am going to get a summer job in Hawaii and start trying to save my money. I want to live in Hawaii for as long as I can but it is not the cheapest place to live so I will need to get a good enough job that will financially support that. But for the first time in my life I will not have school of baseball to think about. Which is so weird to me. My whole life has always been building to graduate and to get better in baseball. So I am quickly headed into uncharted territory. I am nervous, but I am also excited. I have spent 6 years in college and each year was better than the last. I am grateful that I was able to spend my final 3 years of college in Hawaii. As for what’s next for me? Well I am going to have to do a different grind. But I am ready for it. I think baseball and 6 years of college has at least prepared me a little bit for the real world and I am ready for its ups and downs and everything in between! But for now, this is goodbye. Don’t forget the name, I am sure it will be coming up again sooner than you think.
